The dog had poor appetite for
several days. The owner worried the dog
had FB inside or intestinal obstruction. Then
sent to He Mei pet hospital for checking.After the abdomen ultrasound and X-ray
examination. There is a FB and obstruction in the intestine of this dog. So the dog
needs to do surgery .

Steps:
1 medidogion pre-anesthesia
Anesthesia
2 induced anesthesia
3 put intube and put monitor on, connect with inhalant anesthesia
4 desinfection
5 do surgery

6 finish surgery and monitor the animal wake up
Owner needs to know:
(1)the dog has high risk of death from now to 7 days post surgery.
(2)High risk of peritonitis monitor CBC every day.
(3)Monitor renal function once in another day.Renal function problems will cause
hypoimmunity.
(4)No water no food for 48-72 hours,then starts with fluid food.
(5)Monitor the dog to prevent eat FB again.
The dog needs Anti-inflammatory, painkiller treatment for 5-7 days. Monitor the
wound for 7-15 days.
